Dr. Guetter has been in full-time chiropractic practice since 2011. Over time he has earned advanced certification in MRI Spine interpretation from the State University of New York, Jacobs School of Medicine,  Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, Head Trauma/Concussions, Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, Spinal Trauma Pathology, and Auto Crash Dynamics.  His extensive C.V. includes credentials from both Chiropractic and Medical Academia.  Recently, Dr. Guetter was accepted as a Fellow Candidate in Primary Spine Care through the State University of New York, Jacobs School of Medicine.

*Dr. Guetter understands the proper documentation required for med-legal. His documentation includes Duties Under Duress, Functional Loss, future care, impairment ratings, causation, etc., with narrative reports available upon request. Dr. Guetter has extensive postdoctoral training in MRI interpretation, Spinal Biomechanics, Impairment Ratings, mTBI/Concussion, and Spinal Trauma Pathology.
